Gildan Supports Escabags at the “Be Our Guest” Charity Ball

On the evening of September 20th, 2025, Gildan was proud to attend the annual Be Our Guest Ball, hosted by Escabags, an organisation dedicated to supporting those escaping domestic violence. As part of our ongoing corporate partnership with Escabags, this event held special significance to us as we continue to support causes that bring about real change in our communities.
The Beauty and the Beast-themed night was filled with inspiring moments, including live and silent auctions, and a $10,000 prize raffle, with incredible prizes like all-paid holidays, signed memorabilia, gift cards, and tech products – all up for grabs in support of this meaningful cause. Each bid raised funds to further Escabags' mission of education, support, and action for those in need.
One of the highlights of the evening was the heartfelt presentation of the Escatier of the Year Award, given to our very own Director, Dave Hillen. His acceptance speech was a powerful reminder of how important it is for men in our society to contribute to positive change through awareness and education – to not just talk about issues but to take action. Dave’s recognition is a testament to the incredible work being done by Escabags, Stacy Jane, and their entire team, who continue to make a difference every single day.
