Champion™ at AusFitness Expo 2026

From fitness clubs and boxing gyms to run crews and emerging brands, Champion™ Printwear took center stage at AusFitness Expo 2026 with a live customisation experience designed to show just how far a blank can go.

Over three days, visitors had the chance to create their own personalised Champion™ tee using varsity-inspired chenille alphabet patches. They could choose their letters, build their design and watch it get professionally heat pressed live at the booth.

The result? One of a kind Champion™ pieces, each one representing the community, club, team or individual behind it.

For us, the activation was about more than creating a cool piece of merch. It was about showing what's possible when you combine a quality blank with the right decoration.

We chose to showcase the T105 Adult Heritage Jersey T-Shirt - a heavyweight 237 g/m² tee made from 100% U.S. Cotton. Its relaxed fit, structured side-seamed construction and substantial 13/1 jersey knit give it a premium feel while providing a solid canvas for standout decoration.

At AusFitness Expo, visitors could bring their own ideas to life through the varsity patch activation, creating everything from names and initials to team-inspired designs.
